i’m a new and upcoming investor and i set out a marketing plan and walked the path carefully 2days ago and the response since saturday has been overwhelming! i have the negoiation, the buyers and everything else…i just need the required paper work. could someone please assist me on the required documents needed?
If it’s a SS, get an authorization to release information from the sellers, and then fax them to the lender & contact the lender to get a SS package. The package should have the info you seek.

You will have to be more specific in terms of what type(s) of deals
you are pursuing. Short sales require 1.) Borrower authorization.
Once you get that you are free to discuss account w/ their bank.
The bank can send you the package by email to be completed.
Be careful not to spend too much time on a deal where the owner
is not highly motivated to cooperate with you.
