I couldn’t possiblye give them a worse review. I know this isn’t new to many people here, but I did a quick half assed search through the site and didn’t find anything too bad, so I gave their 7 day free trial a shot.
They required my credit card for the trial period (likely on the hopes that I would forget to cancel within the right window).
They have a maximum of 200 addresses each day. I called and spoke with their customer service people when my account was shut down, and they told me their policy is 200 max each day. Not sure how far anyone’s gonna get with that…
Their freshest listings in the 3 counties I was looking at were ~3 weeks old (from the filing dates at the courthouse).
They had an extremely high amount of doubles, and I’m not talking about four or five. There were huuuge chunks of doubles, so we had to go through our mailings and alphabetize them, and hold all the doubles (to mail out next week instead). So, if you don’t plan on alphabetizing your mailings, expect that you’ll be sending a bunch of people two mailings at the same time.
Customer service was unfriendly, in fact when I cancelled the account they hung up after telling me I’d get an email to confirm cancellation.
Just figured I’d add another review for anyone who may be searching or whatnot.
Also, keep in mind I’m referring to " foreclosure.com", that’s foreclosure, not foreclosureS. That site looked okay, I was about to do their trial thing, but then my firewall was giving me warnings that their security certificate didn’t match the web address, so I wasn’t about to enter my info there…
