Sorry, I accidentally posted this under the tax sale forum the first time. I am researching a property for the 8/3 auction in Kerr Co. This is my first venture into foreclosures and I want to make sure I’m not missing anything. I have checked the database at the couthouse for liens, and verified with the county and school for taxes. I also checked probate records for heirship. All were clear. Is their anything else I should consider checking on. Any advice is appreciated.
