I own a home in NJ and am currently in Chapter 13 BK ( filed 12/02 )
Trustee payments are current but home is 7 months behind and will be foreclosed on if I don’t catch up. Salary is good and can afford payments - as you may guess - credit is horrible. Home is worth approx 180K-200K. We owe about 90K on our house and 11,000 on BK. Looking for Hard Money Refinance. Do you know any HML that can help?
