Hi to all.

I am interested in getting into foreclosures and there is a company near where I live who has put together a program where they will coach you and hold your hand through the whole process from assistance with which properties are best to accompanying you to your first couple of auctions etc. There fee for this service is 3% of the appraised value.

What do you think?

Is that 3% after the closing which means you have YOUR money and pay them from the proceeds? If so, then it is a good deal you will have the knowledge then to go out and do your own thing.
