I don’t know if it is the same franchise but I have use flat fee listing in MLS for as little as $199. They call you if needed but the realtor calls a centralized showing system. I have use 1% brokers and other arrangements to put in MLS. Sold some others are pending. The selling agent /broker will still get their 3% fee.
