Hello, I am a real estate investor in the state of Florida. I have found several houses that I am interested in but my only problem is that I don’t have the contract necessary to make any offers can someone please help me on how or where I can get the proper contract to make offers on the properties I have found?

I haven’t gotten a good answer to this question either. The best I got was to get the FAR-BAR form from a realty company or online, but in all the books, videos, tutorials, everyone seems to use a much simpler version that’s less confusing and straight to the point.
If you get a better answer…please let me know. :biggrin
