If there are any Fla. landlord’s on here who could give me advice, I’m wondering if I’m stuck using Citizen’s for insurance if I buy a rental property (and does Citizen’s insure non owner occupied houses??), or is there another insurance company that’s cheaper (and reliable) that you could recommend? Thanks.
(I’m not close to buying anything yet, but if it helps to know, the property will be in either Seminole or Orange County.)
