Flipping in Texas

Hello all,

Just wanted to ask a question about flipping in Texas. I don’t have a house yet, but if I purchase one, rehab it and then sell it within 30 to 60 days, what would be the best financing for my buyer since they will not be able to get it through FHA or HUD?

Conforming & Alt-A lenders usually don’t have an issue purchasing a home soon after it’s been rehabbed as long as the appraiser comments on what has been done to improve it’s value so quickly. Sub-prime is usually where you run into problems where there isn’t much seller seasoning, sub-prime lenders typically like to see 6 months.
