Is it possible to flip from another wholesaler?
Hi,
Absolutely!
Buy low, Sell high!
Make sure you work out whether you do an assignment? Recomended! As transactional funding requires the home to be in livable move in condition and not all wholesale properties qualify for this!

Thank you for the help Goldriver! So basically just do another assign contract with the wholesaler?
Yep…or an option…or purchase contract…or whatever agreement is necessary to clearly lay out who gets what at settlement.
It absolutely is possible. I’m in FL and this is how I get most of my deals (through other wholesalers). Make sure your contract is assignable (It is unless stated otherwise) and simply do an assignment of contract with your end buyer. If you don’t want to, you don’t even have to tell your seller you’re assigning.
Also, I provide transactional funds in FL and the property does not have to be livable condition. It is for simoultaneous closings only A-B B-C. Email me if you would like more info.
New to this forum, but it seems great. I look forward to contributing!
Ive done it a million times, so yes it is possible. Even more fun is just passing the deal to another wholealer and getting paid just for playing property cupid… works best when you have a good relationship established with the first wholesaler though.
