Hi all,
I’m brand new to all of this, and am looking to start out by creating a real estate flipping forum, especially for Canadians. I wanted to do some market research, and create a forum for anyone interested in flipping properties in Canada.
What sort of market research would I need to do? I thought of contacting loads of realtors - but who else could I tell about my new forum? It’s going to be a free forum, and I hope to make a bit of an income with Google Adsense on it.
