I have just obtained an option on a 17.5 million dollar piece of property on Philadelphia’s waterfront it has zoning for luxury condo’s. The only concern I have is trying to maximize the marketing for other potential use because of the slowing market. The property has two huge warehouses on it, any suggestions.
