Flip with investor

I own a home improvement company and am about to do my first flip and I have an investor with the money and I will orchestrate the rehab (subs, materials ect.)
we will split the profits. I have found a contract that seems sufficient and will have a lawyer look it over. My question now is should my name also be on the deed.


Yes and no as it depends on the circumstances and your / his financial position? Are you getting conventional, private or hard money for the project and what is the financial, credit and tax position your trying to achieve?

If your both on the deed and can’t sell it but then need to refinance it you both would then need to qualify to refinance.
