Hey everyone. I’ve done a rehab before, but I’m currently wanting to do my first wholesale deal now and have a potential one. I have the sellers, I have the investor buyers lined up, however, I don’t know the procedure of doing it. Do I need to have my investor buyer see the property before I put it under contract or once I put the property on paper do I find my buyers? I’m really confused on how exactly I transfer the contract from me to the investor buyer in such a short amount of time. Thanks a lot! (P.S. - If anyone would like to give a personal experienced timeline procedure on wholesaling a deal, that would be FANTASTIC!! ;D)
