Well i am new to real estate and am going to do my first flip. I have been in the flooring biz for 20 yrs and want to try at least. I am in mid mich and the market stinls here but if i don’t try i will never no. I plan on doing a weekly update.

If you can be in the carpet business you can do real estate. Just remember real estate in easy, people are difficult.

I am in mecosta county, ok week 2 i have found 2 bank owned propertys and i am going to look at them. But the broker says they want cash. hmmm don’t have cash, Ideas???
