I am in a position to purchase a 4-plex and a foreclosure townhouse.
I am in need of cash flow for the future. I have several ideas of leasing the property, but first need to locate 1) lender that could support the rehab on both the 4-plex and the townhome (homested, for myself).
Then, i need qualified contractors to do the work. Both properties her in Dallas, Tx.
Any assistance would be great and helpful! (I have done some research)
