Finding the home owner

I’m having difficulty in finding the home owner to an abandoned house with lots of equity. With the exception of land records, city records, white pages or neighbors… does anyone know a good skip tracer or any other way of locating people?

You can access the same data skip tracers have, and at a fraction of the price, by creating an account at www.merlindata.com. Your standard searches are only $2.50 with Merlin, compared with $25 for a standard skip trace. You will be required to fund your account in advance and you must have a business entity and show proof that you are a business that has an authorized need for their services…it’s a rather involved process to get signed up with them. Totally worth it though!

Hi alwaysMakingMoney, try www.findtheseller.com. Their service is affordable and effective. Best wishes

I would talk to the neighbors first. And if I had no luck I would do what nsu1997 said or my favorite is to post a sign on the front yard saying " Must Sell House Fast For Cash" You build your buyers list and might have the owner call.

Cheers

Try Facebook, you have no clue, how many owners I have been successful able to find on there. It’s potency is Incredible!! In addition, you can try 800Free411.com if you need the state they currently reside in.

Otherwise, I would highly recommend FindTheSeller.com.

Best of Luck to you!
