Hello out there. Can anyone give me some info on note buyers that buy newly created notes on property that I purchase for a discount and owner finance at full market value. I am looking for note buyers that will purchase my newly created notes.

Thank you for your reply Gordo. I have been doing a lot of research online. The results have been pretty good. I was hoping that there were some experienced real estate investors out there in real estate land that could provide me with some referrals that they deal with personally.
A couple that I have dealt with are Sunvest and Boston Note. There is also Pinnacle, NoteOne, Powerhouse mortgage, and many others.

I am excited that you have learned the value of seller financing on the sell side of your investing. It is a powerful tool.
I am not allowed to say if or not I buy notes at closing, but I can say aside from the list given above I do have some ideas of investors that are serious note buyers.
