Trying to expand the short sale business and I have run into a challenge with Denver county. They are saying they don’t have a list of NEDs available. They have a tool on their site to search but this has to be by specific street or address. Any advice on how to get this info other than using title companies or other successful ways to market to people behind on payments? Thanks

I am having tremendous luck going after homes coming out of bankruptcy. PACER has all the info. Search the dismissals and the motion for relief of stays
