Ok so question, when finding a seller it takes more than simply looking on craigslist or realtor.com or foreclosure sites right? I’m thinking of just driving around the neighborhoods that I live by and would want to purchase in but I don’t know if thats the route I should go

You might need to do some more looking around this form. So may people have asked the same question over and over. There are plenty of ways to find sellers, I use bandit signs. Some people use post cards, some people use newspaper ads. Look around here and pick one, stick with it, and make some profits. :bouncemulti
