I thought since there was a “finding buyers tactics” post on this sub forum that I would add a finding sellers tactics as well. I am sure there are a lot of ways of finding sellers that people are familiar with, but I thought this might provide an opportunity to learn some of the out-of-the-box methods for finding sellers.
I’ll start.
One of the ways to find sellers that isn’t typically talked about is using craigslist. While its true many people know they can post ads on craigslist, it is also a good way to find motivated sellers. Simply search the for sale section using the key words “must sell” or “house payment”. Crazedlist.org makes the search more effective, as you can search more than one city.
