I am really familiar with regular and pre-foreclosures but do not have much knowledge with bank owned or REO properties. How would I go about finding these properties in my area? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Generally speaking, in my area, bank owned (REO) will be placed on the MLS. This means you will need to contact a Realtor (R).
