What is the best source to find REO properties? I have the capital to purchase the properties, however, I just need to find the best source to locate the REOs. Thanks
all you have to do is to call a realtor and look into the multiple listing services in your area.
google “your town + mls”
Finding bank owned properties is fairly straight forward. It is public information and banks are trying to market the houses. As Aaron said check your local MLS. You might also check out HUD homes in your area

Information on pre-foreclosure defaults and houses in redemption is a little tougher to find.
