Hi guys,
I live in Cin, OH and have started a rehab division within a construction company. I have all the essential team members assembled from a pre-appraisors to a title company that closes the deal after the rehab. My biggest problem is locating properties. What channels do all of you use to find rehab opportunities.

Check the ‘real estate marketing’ section of the forums here. You’ll find some good posts about finding deals there.
Get out of the house and meet people. Join your local REIA and let the serious investors know that you’re looking for properties. Tell everyone you know that you’re in business! Personal contacts are how I find almost all my deals.

I am not sure what you mean by a local REIA Club. I am absolutely interested I am just not sure what they are.
