OK, I am just starting in this business and am researching how to get started. I want to do foreclosures. WHat is the best way to find out about mortgages in default that are not yet foreclosed, so that I can make an offer to the owner before the bank gets the property into auction. Also, can comeone give me an example of terms to offer the seller when I offer to take over their property? Thanks
www.foreclosures.com is the best source of foreclosure info in the biz especially training … they also provide list of properties in foreclosure, NOD, TD sales and ect… make sure your put an “s” on the end
