I’ve always loved real estate but could never get my feet wet probably because I’m not consistant. With the bird dog or wholesaling has anyone tried this in canada?
I’ve been unsuccessful and are open to any new Idea’s.

I’ve never tried it in Canada, but I know of a guy over there who is doing deals all day! He’s a wholesaler and he’s having a blast. He quit his day job! Consistency is definitely the key. Just hang in there. MARKETING, MARKETING, MARKETING! That’s the key!
