Finding investors to assign contracts to .. help please!

Hi, new at real estate investing and feel very confident and rarin to go with it. How can I find investors fast enough on line who will accept assignment of contracts from me so I can get going. It seems it is taking me way to long to get my list in place. Can anyone advice me?

One of the best places to meet investors is at your Local REIA meetings. You can also call on bandit signs, newspapers ads and CraigsList for “I Buy Houses” ads and call the ads to see what they are looking for. Foreclosure auctions are also a great way to meet other investors.

If you goal is to assign contracts you need to know what investors are looking for so you can go get it under contract. Don’t do it backwards by finding the deal and then looking to assign the contract. The best way to know if you have found a good deal is to find an investor what they asked you to find…

Also, go to the foreclosure auctions & talk to those who bid on the houses &/or bought them using cash.

It seems it is taking me way to long to get my list in place.

We built a pretty big list very quickly by using pay per click to our website and craigslist. For Craigslist, you may want to try placing some ads for handyman specials you have for sale at real good prices. You will get tons of responses from prospective buyers.

Best wishes,
