I am a new real estate investor. How do you find other investors to flip your deals to? Eventually I will be rehabbing/repairing but right now I have to build my Bank. Would it be best to advertise in the local paper, post such as this, find a real estate investor club or what? Thanks in advance for the help. Our purchase ratio is 60-70% of resale value based on neighborhood comps from Sitex
