I am looking for investors who are interested in short sales in Central New Jersey. I have negotiated a number of these transactions on my own, but want to expand the business with third party investors. Does anyone have any recommendations how to find interested investors?
are you looking to assign deals? for foreclosures or short sales - not so sure this will work out so well.
I am prepared to do one of the following:
- Simply broker the deal to a third party buyer
- Close on the deal and resell after rehab
- Act as general partner for the ownership entity and manage third party investor funds
Call the “we buy houses” people ask them if they are interested in purchasing some of your deals.
