I have come across a propety that is vacant but I cant seem to get a hold of the owner. I have left notes on the door and they have been there for days. Does anyone have anytips on how to go about doing this.
Also what is the difference between a broker and a lending company or mortgage company?

do you the owner name ? look her up (searchbug, etc) and call her. If not, keep sending postcard, letter, etc until you think it’s time to stop harassing her

Go to the Tax accessor’s office and find out where the tax bill is being sent. Good chance you’ll find the homeowner there.

If your county has an online property search system you should be able to find the owner by the address of the home. Lots of other information on there too more than likely.
