Hi everybody. I am knew to the wholesaling business and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to find good areas to wholesale in? Thanks everybody.
The best areas would be places where there are a large number of cash transactions. A Realtor can pull this info for you. Otherwise, you’ll want to be in the “bread and butter” areas which are usually the median price range and less, but not in the war zones. Places where normal working class people who can qualify for a mortgage will want to live.

Another thing you can do is go to city planning and find out where the “target” zones are. Investors might be getting grants and some kind of aid to build new constructions in these areas. I think of it as the gold rush area in my town!
