Local courthouse. They will post foreclosures either on a bulletin board or some other way, or your local paper is flooded with them. Good luck!

Remember people in Foreclosure are nothing more then motivated sellers… Target Motivated sellers and foreclosures will come with it!!!

make sure to check all government agencies form there.
I found one from USGA.formerly FMHA. and find yourself a good agent from their list of approved agents in your area. research, research, research is as important as location! Happy Trails! 8)
