Fire damaged properties will get condemned by the city/county, that is the only way you can get such a list… but it will have properties that are in various stages of disrepair for a variety of reasons. Try the Code Enforcement Department or the Property Assessor for a list of condemned/code violations/blighted properties. It’s all pretty much the same thing.
Try to establish a relationship with your city / county building department particularly their code enforcement who tags dangerous fire damaged properties. You may also want to make some relationships with the insurance agencies around you who will know when a client had a fire that has totaled their property.
Another thought is get to know some fire captains in your area who could steer you toward fire damaged property.
