Hi,
I went to our county courthouse to ask for eviction filings.
( I want to market to troubled landlords). I was told:
- They don’t keep a list.
- The filings are confidential for 90 days.
I live in Northern California
There maybe a legal newspaper that attorneys get, but I can’t find one.
I checked with a few listing services, no legal info.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
