hello all, I am still a newbie at investing and I just wanted know, what are some creative or effective ways of finding investors who buy not only in one state, but multiple states? Any suggestions?

Well a good way to find cash buyers it to get on the mls and do a search for all the transactions where it says “cash” as the financing terms.
You could also get to your REI meetings and network there.
A few other spots…
- Call For rent signs and talk to the owners
- post ads on craigslist
- network with real estate agents

Yes, if you have a little cash handy you can pay people to post signs in different cities for you. Try to branch out to several cities in your own state first. If things are going well, branch out to different states.
