I have located more properties than I can handle. They are typically multifamilies in low income urban areas. They range from move in condition to total rehabs. Can anyone suggest a way to sell these? There are too many to pass up, but I don’t know how to find people who would want these houses. I should mention the arv’s are 189-250 (2-3 fam), 300k-400k (4 fam and up)

Are you looking to wholesale them or sell them retail? if to wholesale, then you can call the “we buy houses” ads in the newspaper and tell them you have properties to wholesale. Many investors buy wholesale. You could also place an ad in the newspaper stating “handyman special” and put some description.
uh…stick a sign in the yard?
Call a realtor? Call every realtor in the book?
Besides FSBO or using an agent, go to your local real estate investor’s clubs and pitch them there. You can also try your local free newspapers or Craigslist.
