my 2nd post. thanks for all the advice i received on my 1st post. i tried everything i was told. still waiting for a response !! my homes are in an area where rentals are in demand. problem is i cannot rent. i have to sell. can anyone give ideas or name websites where i can go to for RENT TO OWN- BUYERS; REAL ALL CASH BUYERS / WHOLESALE BUYERS; OR BUYERS LOOKING FOR OWNER FINANCING; OR LEASE OPTION WITH OWNER FINANCING ? thanks for any / all suggestions because at this stage, i do need to get out NOW & chill for a while.

I usually do one of 3 things, or all 3.

  1. use Postlets to design a nice listing and post the generated html on CraigsList under both houses for rent and houses for sale.

  2. Stick owner financing signs infront of the house, and within a mile from the house at corners

  3. Run an ad in the paper (most expensive option due to ads cost)

You could also list it on FSBO sites and state Owner Financing in the headline
