Finding a Realtor to Work With

Whats the best way to find a Realtor to work with that can make offers on properties in the MLS or HUD?

I was thinking about doing a email blast to all the Realtors in my area who are NAID Certified. Something a long the lines of what I am doing and what their responsibilities would be as far as making offers and getting me access to properties.

I was also thinking about posing ads for a Realtor.

One other option is that my father is a licensed Realtor and I was thinking about possibly making offers under his name with his permission.

I’m curious to hear how everyone else has found a Realtor to work with.

I think you are over complicating finding a realtor. I would just call a couple in your town & find one who’d work with you - most will.
