My husband and I along with another couple will be in Phoenix in March. We would like to locate a RE agent that specializes in investment property. What is best way to go about my search. Any and all suggestions welcome.

The best way to find out is meeting them and talking to them. Yes, it’s going to be a tedious process. But once you found a genuine realtor who knows what foreclosure real estate investing is all about , you found a gem.
You would like to know how much investment property he/she handled before. Lots of realtors could tell you that they know investment property even though they don’t. The only way you find out is you meet them personally.

When you get in to town pick up a newspaper with classifieds, look for the “I BUY HOUSES” ads and call them and ask them if they work with any ‘good’ realtors. They may even have a good deal waiting for you too!
