I am new to the investment market. I am a licensed agent located in St. Louis and want to know the best way to find a mentor that I can connect with so that I can learn the business quick and do it correctly. I would be willing to split some deals or whatever is reasonable.
There are some great books out there to read as far as a mentor I think they are over priced for what you get! Threre are some pros and cons to finding a mentor when I first started in REI I got a mentor later that week I relized that if I wanted to make 5 million real quick and if it was legal I needed to find a way to buy him for what he was worth and try to sell him for what he thought he was worth! And that is true from most of them! It is really not that hard its all about getting the leads!
I guess what I am trying to say os you really do not need a mentor you need to read read read!
