Can you offer finders fees to divorce, bankruptsy, probate, etc lawyers who refer their clients? I am thinking a big fat NO as it may be considered unethical?
If not, any way of motivating the letters through a letter campaign?

Besides, it’s more important for attorney to know that you will close as promised than to worry about $500 referral fee…
