hey guys i keep asking this question so dont get mad. 1how to find the amount owed on their property this may be a stupid question but i cant get a real answer from anyone can anyone help me and i not trying to do a title search

Typically the only information that is publicly available is the original recording of the mortgage/note and any note payoff records. You are not going to find the current balance of debt on a property without asking the owner or making an educated guess.
