I am running this poll to figure out what investors are finding as the easiest and possibly best way to obtain financing for the first few projects/deals. I understand that once you have a few deals succeed, you can use the profits from those to finance future deals but as I am just getting started, thought I would see what you guys and gals have to say.

You left out one other option. Use your own money for the down payment.

Ya know you’re right. I guess that should have been part of the option 1 (friends/family) but this is a poll for those of use that may not have the money to pay out of pocket.
