I HAD FILE CHAPTER 7 BECAUSE OF DIVORCE REASONS
HOW CAN I SECURE MONEY WITH OUT ANY COLLATERAL.

Buy some REAL ESTATE

Go with Hard money and use the collateral in the equity of the house.

All HML care about is equity not so much in your credit other than seeing your payment History.

Then sell the house and use that money

I hope you are say about getting a RE business of the ground because you where not specific on that?

As far as a regular business try a capital venturist or a “Angel”(some one who gifts you money)

You could call a company that specialises in goverment grants for business start up money.

Is there Financing (HML) for investors who want to purchase using a s-corp?

If an investor purchases in s-corp…are there HML options that do not require personal guarantees from the s-corp?

Well most SFR HML want a personal guarantee, This is usually not big deal about a personal guarantee because it is not going to record it on your credit report.

Plus if you want to your S corp to buy it then you need to go with a commercial HML and they usually do not do loans under 300k-500k

Well, in TX you will use the same laws that are in place now when in comes to buying SFR will still apply even though you are using HML
