My name is Steve and I am looking for financing in Virginia. Here is my situation: I own a house that is free and clear. The tax value is 91K. I am also involved with maintaining foreclosed homes for the banks. I am the first one on site to many of these homes. The business side of preservation work for these homes is very profitable and will be for some time to come, however, when preservation work slows REO work will take over. I’m interested in a 30K loan secured by my house in order expand my business.
