Are there companies that finance the purchase of REO packages?I’ve come across an attractive package that will cost about $14 mil. I saw a company on craigslist that made that claim but I wanted to ask here before I tried to contact them. If anyone knows of any companies that can do this, will you point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
