I know I am prolly looking a bit further in the future, or maybe not too far, 1 - 2 months… but how can I continue to finance the purchases of MHs so that I can buy and sell with owner financing?

Essentially, I want to know if and when my credit usion will not loan me any more cash with an unsecured loan will my only other resource be private investors’ cash? Even if I have been doing well with buying and financing MHs at that point, will I have much chance in getting investors to look at what I am doing with me being so new to REI? What options or ways can I offer investors to participate in the buying and financing of MHs?
