I am looking at a double wide home with a concrete block foundation built in 1997. I can pay cash for it and cover the repairs myself but I am wondering when I put it back on the market if it will be hard for buyers to get a mortgage on it. I have no experience with double wides so any advice is appreciated.
I should add that that it is a permanent structure sitting on 3/4 acres of land and has it’s own well and septic.
