Financing for an Hawaii asset


I am looking for financing for an investment property in Hawaii. It is retail property and is under contract for 5.1million. Anyone know of any sources of funding that would give me 90% LTV? Thanks.

Conventional financing will capped between 60-75%. You might try a private lender in the area. Do you have experience in managing properties like this? That will go a long way towards getting a private investor to consider your deal. Hope this helps.

No, I don’t have any experience managing. I am newbie to the REI game, but have a few partners with some experience. I will look into a local lender, but what would I be looking at if I went with a hard money lender? Thanks again for the advice.
