What’s your underlying question Auggflo? Many people in this forum have financed condos and many here are able to finance in Connecticut. My company can finance in 46 states. If you have a question regarding financing you are in a good place.

but how bout doing it thru someone from CT, like me.
Are the condos warrantable or no and what’s their condition, market value?

jp, were are you in CT? The condo’s are nonwarrantable. The market value on one that i looked at is 60,000.00. Email me with info.
